President Warren Stevenson called the meeting to order at 7:07 pm.

Secretary’s Report

The minutes from the September 15, 2015 meeting were read by Sharon Hanson. A correction was noted in the spelling of a word. A motion was made by Dick Hassler to approve the minutes and seconded by Jami Phipps. All approved.

Treasurer’s Report

Kim Parker presented the Treasurer’s report from September 15, 2015 to November 19, 2015. The reported income was $.64. Total expenses paid out were $1135.11 for the dumpster, rip rap rock, legal fees and other misc. leaving a net income balance of –$1,135.47. Kim reported that the Total Liabilities & Equity balance is 6,992.65. Jami Phipps made a motion to accept the Treasurer’s Report and Sharon Hanson seconded the motion. All approved.

Old Business

1. Road repairs and paving in the Twin Lakes subdivision was completed in October 2015.

2. The spraying of the lakes for algae did not get its 4th and final spraying due to the weather. Spraying will resume in the spring. At the first opportune time, the remaining cattails will be burned off of the lake.

3. The TLHA annual Halloween cookout and Trunk or Treat had a very light turnout this year. A discussion of on the continuance of this event and other neighborhood sponsored events will be discussed at the annual meeting.

New Business

1. The TLHA will need to add some more grass carp to the lake in the spring.

2. Spraying of the cattails and algae on the lakes will resume in the spring when the water temperature reaches 60°.

3. Rip Rap rock is needed on the large lake. Some was installed this summer but it is not enough and to prevent any further erosion, more will have to be applied this spring.

4. A dues increase was discussed at last years annual meeting and was tabled at that time. The increase will be discussed at this year’s meeting and a decision will be made as to an increase being installed.

5. The TLHA annual meeting will be held on either January 9th at the Kearney Commercial Bank at 10am. An agenda of discussion topics will be sent to all homeowners. Warren Stevenson will bring the donuts and Sharon Hanson will bring the coffee supplies.

There being no further business Sharon Hanson made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:12 pm. Kim Parker seconded the motion. All approved.
